See coaching demonstrations, understand coaching methodologies and practices, and explore potential youth-serving coaching collaborations.

Introduction to Coaching for Staff and Leadership

Coaching training for staff and leadership.

Understand coaching, see and experience coaching, learn and practice basic coaching techniques. Receive a Certificate of Attendance.

Introduction to Coaching for Community Members

Coaching training for community members who wish to learn techniques to support the young adults in their lives or who wish to consider the possibility of becoming a volunteer coach.

Participants will leave this training with a better understand of coaching, see and experience coaching, learn and practice basic coaching techniques. Receive a Certificate of Attendance.

Volunteer Coach Training Series

A series of five workshops for community members who wish to develop their coaching skills in order to qualify to become a Personal Success Coach for students.

Participants will receive extensive training> They will practice coaching under the supervision of certified coaches and receive a coaching tools and exercises resource notebook. Successful participants will earn a “Certificate of Volunteer Coach Readiness.”

Please Note: Fingerprinting and background checks are a pre-requisite for working with minors in schools. The Introduction to Coaching Workshop is a pre-requisite to this series.

  • Five 2-hour workshops
  • $500 per person. Fee includes the coaching resource notebook.
  • Programs begin in April and September.
  • Note: The Introduction to Coaching Workshop is a pre-requisite to this series.
